LOCAL ROAST

Designed by David Kerkhoff, Local Roast is a brush display font family. This typeface has two styles and was published by Hanoded.

My brother in law Jasper works for an NGO. He often has to visit projects in such far-flung places like Bangladesh, Sudan or Uganda. Lately he brought back some coffee beans from Uganda and Ethiopia, because he knows I love coffee. The Ugandan local roast was fantastic, but I haven’t tried the Ethiopian coffee yet.

Local Roast is a hand-painted font (Chinese Ink, cheap brush - you know the story). It comes with a set of alternates and extensive language support.
